Edit PDF
Every tool here changes the pages of a PDF and hands the file back. Combine or reorder pages, throw out the ones you don't want, fix the sideways scan, stamp numbers or a watermark, lock it or unlock it. It all runs in your browser, so the file is read and rewritten on your own machine. Nothing gets uploaded, which is the whole point.
